24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS
Your appointments are very important to the team members at Aesthetics & co. clinic. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you 48 to 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
CANCELLATION FEES
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No Show” for will incur a charge, any of following
-Loss of deposit full deposit paid
-Loss of treatment from the course purchased or a £25 charge
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.
Here at the clinic we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Salon members are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
LATENESS POLICY
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged of the service scheduled. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made but can not be guaranteed.
The charge will be determined by the type of treatment and the time of treatment, The fee charged examples can be be as following:
Under 30 mins treatment – £10
30 to 1 hour £15
1 hour plus £25
DEPOSITS
£25 Deposit is required for all clients and all treatments.
Social media – Last minute slots & models offers will require a full payment of booking.
Models can not cancel or will incur a 100% fee of payment paid. (please ensure you can make the time and day before booking, our students reply on our models and no shows are not fair on them)
